Treat your AI agency like an old SEO or social media marketing agency. Look for clients who want to have AI handle their routine office tasks.

You can use “bots” on your sites and on social media, too. Bots can do market research while you work on other things. Bots could replace a number of your vendors. But I’d still learn the basics that each vendor must know. As Robert Kiyosaki’s Rich Dad said, “learn a little about a lot.”
