Rehashing My Points on FI-RE
I see a few posters at FI-RE forums using some ideas I listed in a prior article, here.
Adding QQQ to VOO and VTSAX is the suggestion I see the most.
Check your 401K vesting schedule is one that gets ignored. Dave Ramsey says fund the 401K up to the match, first. How about we check the vesting schedule first?
Second, how about if we see what funds are available in the 401K. Any mutual fund open to new investors is available at a brokerage. (CS, Fidelity, Vanguard).
I submit to you, that you can trounce the market by LTBH ten or more well-chosen individual stocks.
Intraday in-the-money calls are great when you have a good set up. Limit to 1-2 contracts.
Locked in psychotic focus? No way. You’ll lose too many glaring opportunities.
Rather than following academics in ivory towers, the WEF and Agenda 2030, decide to be FI, although the overlords (unbelievers in Tel Aviv and Shanghai) don’t want that for you.
Mock FI-RE posters who are pro-wealth confiscation. Question local kingpins that demand you invest a certain way.
“Wealth is a measurement of man’s ability to think.” If you agree, you can’t ask someone to think for you. Whatever you do, don’t announce you have $25,000 and ask where to put it.
The local communist party king pin and the local junior mafia LE student needs it…BUT you’re supposed to play along like you weren’t ripped off. It’s the new form of authoritarianism professors loved. The untyrannical kind.
Try to buy an Israeli or Indian stock some time. What do you notice?
If they’re your best buddies, idk what to tell you.
If you have a high IQ, overlords are trying to say everyone is the same and socialistas embedded everywhere will try and make everyone balanced out and equal.
Unfortunately, Men of the Mind, even guys at DEI heavy engineering firms can’t fight through it. The abuse and pilfering takes a toll. Be sure to read Atlas Shrugged. If you need to balance Atlas out with standard Leftist fare, don’t bother.
Socialists, communists and corporations pushing inferior products are choking the FI-RE space. Only a few of us have called out the astoturfers in the space since astroturf was deployed in 2010.
Which Republican or Libertarian candidate to vote for or donate a little to? See if they’ll respond to steering and censorship in a societal movement. Is Wage Theft a GenZ hallucination? Or is it something else?
In my view, Men of the Mind still reading this should vote to send themselves to The Leadership Institute rather than submit to dude bro candidate who can’t acknowledge your concerns.
