Keyword research & selection … is this another action fake? I don’t think so.
Keyword research tells Google and Amazon what you’re selling.
Make sure your keywords reflect your content or its technically spam.
Still, you can use BIG buzzwords to attract crawlers.
Brainstorm keywords, meta descriptions and #hashtags.
Categorizing, again, helps people find your work.
You can use SEM Rush or Ubersuggest to find keywords. You can see what trends online.
Understand, a superior product, well targeted ads and an attractive, attention-grabbing cover or thumbnail matter more. (And a good title and URL.)
Don’t change keywords often, its seen like spam.
On social media, you can interject yourself practically anywhere and self-promote.
If you have had evergreen content selling on Amazon for years, you might want to log in and see if the product description and keywords need to be updated.
Use all social media platforms, even alt ones, to find what’s hot. Use YT, Rumble and Bitchute and see what’s trending. Dig through SERPS to find forums.

Next, check out our Resources for Authors page (and our Bookstore).
Now, with #hashtags, you want to use them to index posts. Like someone might search for #mortgage #techinvesting #lawfare or #CRNC in the search box to see all the posts with that hashtag. I saw a dummy post #Icareaboutmydodder below a post he wrote. No one will ever go to the search box and enter that phrase.
Remember, you learned this here for free and learning this in college costs a small fortune.
You can use AI (ChatGPT or Grok) to generate keywords. But they’re still sometimes unimaginative.
